Anaesthetic Management of a Foramen Magnum Meningioma Resection Surgery: A Case Report

Abstract: The foramen magnum meningioma (FMM) is one of the most threatening tumours among the meningiomas because of its specific location, clinical course, subtle onset, and relatively big dimensions at presentation.
