CORRESPONDENCE MiEDTCsLH 1173Erythromycin (500 mg. followed by 250 mg. six-hourly) was introduced through the jejunostomy, but no feeds were given at first. Two days later (September 1) the blood pressure fell to 80/50 mm. Hg, and the serum sodium concentration was being maintained
