Anaerobic power analysis and training methods in professional soccer athletes

Abstract: Soccer is among the most complex sports because it needs several physical valences. The prevailing metabolism inside a game is aerobic but, in crucial moments of a match, part of the explosive movements from the anaerobic metabolism is activated.
