An Update on Arginase Inhibitors and Inhibitory Assays

Abstract: Arginase, which converts arginine into ornithine and urea, is a promising therapeutic target. Arginase is involved in cardiovascular diseases, parasitic infections and, through a critical role in immunity, in some cancers.
