An Unusual Spontaneous Acute Deepening of the Anterior Chamber

Abstract: A 53-year-old woman presented with 20/32 visual acuity and a reverse pupillary block in her left eye. The left anterior chamber was substantially deepened with a backbowing of the iris, and an inferior retinal detachment without any associated visible tear was present in the left eye.
