Abstract:We present here a case of severe dyspnea after a percutaneous nephrostolithotomy, which resulted from an urinothorax, an uncommon complication of posturological procedures. Chest X-ray indicated a significant left pleural effusion, and a diagnosis was confirmed by the pleural fluid analysis.
