An unusual case of bronchopericardial fistula secondary to necrotizing pneumonia

Abstract: Background Pneumopericardium is a rare complication in patients with bacterial necrotizing pneumonia and proven to be lethal with a high incidence of mortality due to cardiopulmonary failure.
