Abstract: Introduction: Endometriosis is a common disease of women of childbearing age. It can affect the intestines in a portion of patients, although it is generally asymptomatic. Case Report: Here we present an unusual case of a large bowel obstruction due to intestinal endometriosis. Conclusion: In the absence of signs or risk factors for colorectal malignancy, endometriosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis for large bowel obstructions occurring in women of fertile age.
