An Unusual Case of a Large Extraovarian Endometrioma in an Adolescent

Abstract: Endometriosis in adolescents is often underrecognized and is a contributing factor to significant delays in its diagnosis and management. Extraovarian endometrioma is uncommon, especially in the adolescent age range.
