An untimely geographer: Friedrich Engels, ideas and geography in Oxford

Abstract: Friedrich Engels is something of a minor figure in geography. In this commentary, we trace Engels’ association with Oxford Geography as a point of departure for examining the major and minor registers of an Engellian geography.
