An uneven playing field: Experiences of female legal practitioners in Zimbabwe

Abstract: This article focuses on women legal practitioners in Zimbabwe. Despite extensive legislation outlawing gender‐based discrimination, Zimbabwean women have not been able to achieve equality in the workplace.
