An uncommon therapeutic option for a challenging cause of pleural effusion

Abstract: A 33-year-old nonsmoking Vietnamese man, without any past medical history was evaluated in another hospital in September 2018 for rapidly progressive shortness of breath. The chest radiograph showed a right pleural effusion. A thoracentesis was performed. On gross examination, the appearance of the pleural fluid was milky.
