Abstract:Cholelithiasis or Gallstone disease is relatively rare in children and is an unusual finding in infancy. This is a case report of a healthy 4-month-old baby who presented with an inconsolable cry, irritability, and poor feeding, the baby was discovered to have cholelithiasis by abdominal ultrasonography. There were no risk factors for cholelithiasis in this baby except for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, which required phototherapy.
