An Uncertainty- and Collusion-Proof Voting Consensus Mechanism in Blockchain

Abstract: Though voting-based consensus algorithms in Blockchain outperform proof-based ones in energy-and transaction-efficiency, they are prone to incur wrong elections and bribery elections.
