An overview of neurocognitive impairment in older people living with HIV

Abstract: Background With improved survival among People Living with HIV (PLHIV), many are confronted with age associated comorbidities and geriatric syndromes. Neurocognitive impairment is one of the three most frequent conditions that affects quality of life of PLHIV despite achieving viral suppression.
