This study is aimed at evaluating the functionality of urban transport terminals in Elbasan City, identifying potential shortcomings in their modernization process, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the quality of urban transit services. The study also investigates the challenges and impacts associated with transitioning from private vehicles to urban public transport systems within the city. Various research methods, including analytical, classification, functional, and statistical approaches, were employed. The research scrutinizes the unique aspects of the city's urban functioning and pinpoints the errors made during terminal modernization, further exploring their underlying causes. It also examined strategies to improve transport mobility. Analyzing the system's operation is crucial to understanding its effectiveness, growth, and the complexities associated with the shift from private cars to urban public transport in Elbasan. This research also evaluates urban transport terminal-related concerns, their importance in the context of urban transport, and their implications. Based on the findings, recommendations were proposed to address these concerns. The study's findings underscore the importance of enhancing urban public transport. It highlights that boosting the transportation potential is not only crucial for meeting the community's transportation needs but also plays a pivotal role in advancing logistics.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the bacterium responsible for tuberculosis, is a global health concern, affecting millions worldwide. This bacterium has earned a reputation as a formidable adversary due to its multidrug-resistant nature, allowing it to withstand many antibiotics. The development of this drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis is attributed to innate and acquired mechanisms. In the past, rifampin was considered a potent medication for treating tuberculosis infections. However, the rapid development of resistance to this drug by the bacterium underscores the pressing need for new therapeutic agents. Fortunately, several other medications previously overlooked for tuberculosis treatment are already available in the market. Moreover, several innovative drugs are under clinical investigation, offering hope for more effective treatments. To enhance the effectiveness of these drugs, it is recommended that researchers concentrate on identifying unique target sites within the bacterium during the drug development process. This strategy could potentially circumvent the issues presented by Mycobacterium drug resistance. This review primarily focuses on the characteristics of novel drug resistance mechanisms in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It also discusses potential medications being repositioned or sourced from novel origins. The ultimate objective of this review is to discover efficacious treatments for tuberculosis that can successfully tackle the hurdles posed by Mycobacterium drug resistance.

Bu çalışma kapsamında genel olarak şu konulara değinilmiştir. Öncelikle kodlama teorisi hakkında bazı genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir.Kodlama türlerinden bahsedilerek haberleşme sisteminde kodlama teorisinin önemine değinilmiştir. Kodlama teorisi dalında özellikle matematiğin farklı alanları ile bağlantı oluşturarak, iletilecek verilerin transfer sürecinde ve saklanması sürecinde dış etkenler sonucu oluşabilecek tüm bozulmaları engellemek adına çeşitli çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Golay Kodların tarihçesi ileVoyager Programı kapsamında Satürn ve Jüpitere fırlatılan uzay araçları ileDünya arasında veri iletiminin sağlanması konusunda bu kodların önemine yer verilmiştir. Sonra Golay Kodların tanımı yapılarak İkili ve üçlü Golay Kodların özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkili Golay Koddijital iletişim sistemlerinde kullanılan bir tür doğrusal hata düzeltme kodu olarak geliştirilmiştir.Daha sonra Hamming Kodların tanımına ve özelliklerine yer verilmiş olup örneklerle açıklamalar yapılmıştır. Bilgisayarda verilerin iletimi esnasında oluşabilecek bozulmalara karşı gönderilen verilere ilave bitler eklenerek hataların tespit edilmesi hatta düzeltilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.Bu çalışmada Golay ve Hamming Kodların temel tanım ve önemli teoremlerine ispatlarıyla birlikte yer verilmiştir.Ayrıca Mükemmel Kod tanımına değinilerek Golay Kodlar ve Hamming Kodların birer Mükemmel Kod olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. Bu kodlar iletişim sistemlerinde oluşabilecek hataların düzeltilmesinde oldukça başarılı sonuçlar vermektedir.
