An outbreak of endophthalmitis following Intravitreal Injection of Bevacizumab in a referral center

Abstract: Purpose to-Report the largest outbreak of infectious endophthalmitis after intravitreal injection (IVI) of bevacizumab (BCZ) from a single-use vial to 14 Libyan patients.
