The entrepreneurship education of college students is an educational practice to train comprehensive talents with entrepreneurship qualities, who are willing and confident of employment and could conform to the needs of social development. Focusing on the entrepreneurship education of ordinary college students, this paper probes deep into the status quo of entrepreneurship education among college students, and thoroughly analyzes how this education model influences the employment quality and employment willingness of college students. The results show that: a good entrepreneurship education obviously enhances the employment quality of college students, and apparently boosts their employment willingness; entrepreneurship education guides the cognition of college students through multiple means, and promotes their employment ability. The research lays the basis for active exploration into to employment quality and employment willingness of college students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas siswa setelah mendapatkan penerapan pembelajaran kimia berorientasi chemoentrepreneurship (CEP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode preexperimental design melalui one group pre-testpost-test design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI-IPA SMA Modern Pondok Selamat Kendal, pada materi kelarutan dan Ksp. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi untuk mengetahui kreativitas siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (paired sample t-test dan uji N-gain). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa pembelajaran kimia berorientasi CEP dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran. Rerata skor kreativitas siswa pada post-test lebih baik daripada pre-test yaitu dengan nilai 41,5 dan 27,8 serta thitung sebesar-27,738 dan ttabel sebesar 2,034 (thitung < ttabel =-27,738<-2,034) dan nilai N-gain = 0,62. Entrepreneurship has been considered as the propensity of mind to take calculated risk with confidence to achieve predetermined business objectives.An entrepreneur is the one who always searches for change, responds to it and exploits it as an opportunity. Engineering is a systematic body of knowledge, a technical and applied science using design, tools, equipment, building, machine to achieve satisfaction of human needs efficiently.Knowledge of Engineering is the backbone of industry and development. Today for a successful entrepreneurship career an entrepreneur not only needs managerial ethics but also technical education for managing a business. Therefore the need of technical graduates for becoming entrepreneurs has been raised. But due to wide range of specific barriers implementation of entrepreneurial education in engineering curriculum is being restricted. This research work is mainly dedicated to analysis of these barriers. From the statistical analysis out of 50 barriers, 20 critical having greater impact has been found. These critical barriers have been further analyzed by ISM methodology to build a structural model which shows the level of importance and inter-relationship among barriers. This model can be helpful for successful implementation of entrepreneurial education in technical stream.
