An optimized molecular inclusion complex of diferuloylmethane: enhanced physical properties and biological activity

Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore and evaluate the enhanced physical properties and biological activity of a molecular inclusion complex (MICDH) comprising diferuloylmethane (DFM) and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
