An Optimal Feedback Linearization Approach for Soft Landing of Electromechanical Valve Actuator in Camless Internal Combustion Engines

Abstract: The fuel efficiency, maximum torque and power, and pollutant emissions of internal combustion engines have improved rather than conventional crankshaft system. These improvements are the result of replacing the crankshaft with a camless actuation technology.
