An Objective Perceptual Quality-Based ADTE for Adapting Mobile SVC Video Content

Abstract: SUMMARYIn this paper, we propose an Adaptation Decision-Taking Engine (ADTE) that targets the delivery of scalable video content in mobile usage environments.
