Abstract: Background: Young gay and bisexual men (YGBM) in Eastern European countries like Romania face high stigma and discrimination, including in healthcare. Increasing HIV transmission is a concern given inadequate prevention, travel to high-prevalence countries, and popularity of sexual networking technologies.
