Base on building information modeling(BIM) plus with Robotic process automation (RPA) technology is rapid development in smart building operations and maintenance (O&M). RPA is a workflow-based automated execution tool that is particularly well suited for replacing manual execution of simple and repetitive tasks using computer systems. The use of RPA technology can saves man-hours and increases productivity, which is important for the automation of building operations and maintenance operations.. The BIM technology, as an advanced technology in the construction industry, it can provide new ideas and methods for building operation and maintenance based on its visualization characteristics. That’s integrating RPA with BIM technology which will enhance the digitalization and virtualization of smart building operation and management. In this article will first introduce the features of RPA and BIM technology and then discuss the technical roadmap for remote automated operation and maintenance of smart building equipment room to implemention a low-cost and high efficient building equipment room operation and maintenance solution.

Pada saat ini, inventarisasi dan identifikasi alat Ukur, Takar, Timbang, dan Perlengkapannya (UTTP) di kegiatan metrologi legal masih menggunakan metode konvensional, yaitu menggunakan buku register dan arsip sertifikat. Untuk peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan prototipe sistem rekam data UTTP berbasis Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sebagai alternatif penggunaan teknologi RFID untuk menggantikan sistem konvensional dalam hal pencatatan dan penyimpanan data hasil pengujian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah dan dianalisis sehingga ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. Data hasil pembacaan prototipe ini dapat dikonversi ke Microsoft Excel dalam bentuk file kumpulan data UTTP yang berguna untuk keperluan pengawasan kemetrologian serta pencatatan Barang Milik Negara (BMN) di laboratorium. Untuk uji unjuk kerja prototipe yang dirancang dilakukan beberapa pengujian, diantaranya pengujian fungsi sistem, pengujian jarak deteksi tag, pengujian dengan media penghalang, pengujian sudut pembacaan reader, pengujian waktu rata-rata deteksi tag. Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian, prototipe yang dirancang telah berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi UTTP. Maksimal jarak deteksi RFID tag adalah 2,5 cm untuk jenis kartu, 1 cm untuk jenis stiker dan kunci. Interval waktu pembacaan tiap tag adalah kurang dari 1 detik. Pembacaan reader optimal pada sudut 45º-90º. Pengujian juga membuktikan pengaruh material penghalang pembaca terhadap pembacaan tag.

The hardware implementation of a solar energy system with vehicle-to-home (V2H) and vehicle-togrid (V2G) options for Newfoundland conditions through Mozilla IoT is discussed in this paper. To illustrate IoT, remote monitoring and control concepts, a prototype -is entirely a 12 V system -is created in the lab. To operate in multiple modes, the system checks the current and voltage parameters. The data is transmitted to the gateway using an ESP 32 microcontroller and the internet of things (IoT). Mozilla IoT is the platform that hosts the Raspberry Pi Things Gateway and serves as a dashboard to remotely control and monitor the system. The data that is transmitted is logged, and the logged data is shown as a graph. This paper presents the system design, details of demo experimental setup in addition to the test results which reveal that the successful implementation of proposed system -with V2H and V2G options -for Newfoundland/ Canada conditions.
