Background: The Fara-darmani Consciousness Field was founded by Mohammad Ali Taheri. It is a novel field and is described similarly to the field of gravity, or the electromagnetic field. This field is neither matter nor energy, and therefore does not possess a quantity. Even though there is no direct scientific evidence for the Consciousness Field, it is possible to investigate its effects on objects through controlled experiments. The aim of the present work was to study the alleviative effects of the Fara-darmani Consciousness Field on common wheat Triticum aestivum L. var Star under salt stress. Methods: Plants were grown under 0 mM NaCl (control) and 150 mM NaCl with or without the influence of Fara-darmani Consciousness Field for 3 weeks. Chlorophyll, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), malondialdehyde (MDA) content and activity of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD),polyphenol oxidase (PPO), and peroxidase (POX) were measured in all groups of plants. Results: In the salt-treated plants under the influence of the Fara-darmani Consciousness Field, the contents of total chlorophyll, as well as a and b chlorophyll forms, were elevated compared with the salt-treated plants without Fara-darmani CF (34.8%, 17.8%, and 169% respectively). Additionally, Fara-darmani increased H2O2 (57%) and the activity of SOD and PPO by 220% and 168%, respectively, under salinity compared with the salt-treated plants without Fara-darmani CF. MDA content and activity of peroxidase were decreased by 12.5% and 34%, respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest the Fara-darmani Consciousness Field as a qualitative intervention strategy to withstand salt stress in plants, by increasing the contents of chlorophyll, antioxidant enzyme activities, and decreasing MDA content under salinity.

Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is one of the highest risk factors affecting the animal industry throughout the world. Currently, available commercial FMD vaccines have numerous limitations, such as slow induction and short-term maintenance of antibody titers. Therefore, a novel approach is needed that can induce high neutralizing antibody titers to protect the host in the early stages of FMD virus (FMDV) infection and maintain high antibody titers for long periods after one vaccination dose. There are several T-Consciousness Fields (TCFs), introduced by Mohammad Ali Taheri. TCFs are not matter or energy, so they cannot be measured directly. However, we can evaluate their effects indirectly through several reproducible experiments in the laboratory. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of Faradarmani CF as a type of the TCFs on FMDV replication, titer, and RNA copy number as well as the humoral immune response against two types of inactivated FMDV vaccines with different adjuvants in rats. Two types of FMD vaccines with different adjuvants (Freund and Alum) were prepared, and then 30 male Wistar rats were immunized with vaccines. Rats were divided into 6 groups (n=5 per group). Four groups of rats were studied using the different combinations of treatments and two groups served as positive and negative controls. Vaccination intervals were every 14 days three times. Serum neutralization test (SN) and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to assess changes in antibody levels in the serum samples of rats after each immunization. The results showed that Faradarmani CF induced the replication of the virus in vitro. In addition, antibody levels in treated groups under both Freund adjuvant and Alum adjuvant vaccines increased significantly compared to groups without Faradarmani CF treatment. In conclusion, our data suggest that Faradarmani CF may provide an effective approach to increase the success of immunization and vaccination against FMDV serotype O. It is recommended that the effects of TCFs on different types of vaccines be investigated.

Background: Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is one of the most common causes of dementia, imposing large financial and psychological burdens on nations worldwide. Thus, we are in dire need for new treatment strategies or drugs for this disease. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of a novel non-pharmacological method in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, based on Taheri's Consciousness Field approach. This approach works at the level of cellular and molecular processes and is tested in neuronal cells of AD mouse models. Methods: In this study, we established a neuron cell culture from an AD mouse model as well as a traumatic brain injury mouse model. We then measured changes in amyloidopathy, tau protein content, microtubule assembly, neuronal cell survival, and finally behavior of TBI mice in elevated Plus Maze under treatment of the Faradarmani Consciousness Field (FCF). Results: According to the results of this study, treatment of neural cell and mouse model of Alzheimer's disease by the FCF, leads to about complete survival of neural cell models and elimination of amyloidopathy and tau protein and remarkable behavioral improvement of the treated TBI mice model in the elevated plus maze. Conclusions: Based on the results, the FCF treatment suppresses AD development in the laboratory models. In this regard, conducting a human clinical study with the aim of introducing a new global complementary and alternative medicine in AD treatment is highly recommended.
