An Investigation on Corrosion Inhibitors for Steel in Ethanol Fuel Blend

Abstract: Cerium (III) chloride, sodium 4-hydroxycinnamate, and cerium 4-hydroxycinnamate have been successfully characterized as effective anodic, cathodic, and mixed inhibitors for steel in ethanol fuel blend by electrochemical and surface analyses.
