The article aims to theoretically justify, develop, and experimentally verify the author’s model for implementing the system of future teachers’ professional development as a requirement for professional training of future specialists. The objectives of the article are the following: to identify structural components of future teachers’ professional development; to develop and experimentally verify the effectiveness of the model of future teachers’ professional development; to determine pedagogical conditions for its implementation. Research methods include theoretical analysis and generalization of relevant scientific-methodical literature; pedagogical observations; monitoring of future teachers’ levels of professional development and readiness for it; modeling; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. The value of the obtained results lies in defining and justifying the structure of future teachers’ professional development theoretically, as well as verifying the modeled system of future teachers’ professional development and pedagogical conditions for its implementation experimentally. Besides, one can observe a significant increase in the levels of future teachers’ professional development in the experimental group. Conclusions: The article shows that the system of future teachers’ professional development, which is implemented through the experimental model and whose goals, content, methods, tools, and technologies are aimed at achieving effective results, enhances the level of future teachers’ professional development and their readiness for it.

This research narratively explores an English teacher's professional knowledge development by reflecting on the teacher's experiences in different teaching communities. Based on the interviews and the conversational records, this research constructs how different teaching communities influence the teacher's professional knowledge and cultivate their agency. The various contexts of challenging teaching have shaped the teacher's experiences. The shifting experiences from rural to urban teaching communities have contributed to the teacher's life, personally and professionally. Experiences that were talked about in the study revealed and changed beliefs and assumptions that had already been made about school authority and how it affects a teacher's teaching ideology. This study gives us ideas about how we could change the way we think about the ideology of experienced and professional teachers.

Employees are the backbone of every organization. Due to the fast changes in today’s corporate world, it is highly important to take into consideration the employees’ well-being and to keep their stress levels minimized. It is for the organization’s benefit to provide a safe working atmosphere for their employees. Hence, this paper aims to explore the relationship between a toxic workplace environment (TWE), workplace stress (WS), and employee development taking into consideration Career Development and Self-development (EDCD and EDCD). One hundred and twenty-three employees working in the private sector in Lebanon participated in our survey and the results were analyzed using SPSS software. Results indicated that a Toxic Workplace Environment leads to Workplace Stress and Toxic Workplace Environments and Workplace Stress negatively influence Employee Development. Future recommendations and managerial implications of the study are discussed along with limitations.
