“…命的重要原因。国内外专家和学者对钢轨波磨的研 究已经有上百年的历史了,虽然在理论和实践中取 得了巨大成果,但至今仍未在钢轨波磨发展的机理 上达成一致,钢轨波磨仍是铁路行业的重大技术难 题。关于波磨的研究已有大量的文献,GRASSIE 等 [2][3][4] 通过综述已有的波磨文献,将钢轨波磨分为六 类,并分析了它们形成的可能原因和处理措施,从 中可以发现,钢轨波磨的形成不仅与车辆参数、轨 道参数、钢轨材料特性以及轮轨的接触状态有关, 还与车轮、轨道的结构缺陷等多种因素有关。目前, 尽管有多达上千篇对钢轨波磨的研究文献,但对高 速铁路波磨发展机理的研究还比较有限 [5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] 。开展 车辆轨道参数对高速铁路钢轨波磨发展的影响研 究,有助于认识高速铁路的波磨发展机理,也有助 于制定高速铁路波磨防治措施。 通过试验的方法来模拟高速铁路钢轨波磨的发 展是极其困难的。在线路试验方面,由于工程实际 的限制,至今尚无文献报道在高速铁路线路上进行 通过调整车辆或轨道参数来研究这些参数对波磨发 展影响的线路试验。在实验室试验方面,迄今在实 验室中通过滚动接触研究了钢轨波磨的试验 [13][14] , 其试验速度在 12~24 km/h [13] 和 5.6 km/h [14] ,不但 在速度上与 300 km/h 的高速铁路相去甚远,更重要 的是其试验装置无法反映离散支撑的轨道结果的影 响 [13][14][15] 。而高速铁路无砟轨道上的波磨,恰好与钢 轨离散支撑的结构有着密切的关系 [9] 。因此,目前 这些试验结果和试验装置尚无法进行高速铁路钢轨 波磨发展的研究,理论建模仿真的方法成为该研究 领域目前采用的重要研究方法。 对钢轨波磨研究的理论建模仿真可以分为两种 方法 [10,[16][17][18] [20] 。波磨处的轮轨相互作用属于 高频范畴,车辆-轨道垂向耦合系统的高频响应主要 由轮对和轨道的柔性决定 [21] ,可将车辆一系悬挂以 上的所有零部件简化成一个质量块并通过一系悬挂 与车轮相连。 鉴于高速铁路钢轨波磨的短波长特性, 轨道以直线形式进行建模 [21] 。如图 1 所示。…”
