Abstract: House mice (Mus musculus) pose a conservation threat on islands, where they adversely affect native species’ distributions, densities, and persistence. On Sand Island of Kuaihelani, mice recently began to depredate nesting adult mōlī (Laysan Albatross, Phoebastria immutabilis).
