Abstract: Background & Aims: Exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) is used to treat pediatric Crohns disease (CD), but therapeutic benefits are not long lasting. Due to reported lower efficacy EEN is not routinely used to treat pediatric ulcerative colitis (UC).
