Abstract:This study introduces sensor psychrometrics, as opposed to the physically constrained static gravimetric experimentation, for the characterisation of cobed maize drying. Simultaneous spreadsheet integration and Solver analytics were used to interpret the digital drying curve from sensor-sampled psychrometric data.
