Abstract: The DECAF score (the Dyspnea, Eosinopenia, Consolidation, Academia, and Atrial fibrillation score) has been adopted in some hospitals to predict the severity of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (AECOPD).
