An Interdisciplinary Framework for Palliative and Hospice Education and Practice

Abstract: Leading highly functional health care teams in all practice settings is sustained through the identification of a conceptual framework to guide education and practice. This article presents an interdisciplinary framework for palliative and hospice education and practice.
