Objective: To investigate the application and feasibility of PDCA circulation method in the treatment of patients with severe neurological diseases in Internet + smart first aid, with a view to promoting the sustainable construction of smart first aid. Methods: A total of 105 patients with severe neurological diseases in Zhuji people's Hospital and cooperative units were selected, and 52 cases in the research group and 53 cases in the control group were divided according to the single and double number visiting time: In this paper, through reading the literature, the development of Internet + wisdom first aid treatment of patients with severe neurological diseases was investigated, and the common problems were analyzed and summarized, and the research group used the PDCA circulation method to sort out the existing problems, analyze the causes of the problems and improve them. The difference in treatment time between the two groups was compared, and the patient's satisfaction was evaluated for the time of being transferred to the hospital emergency room by 120 ambulances, the time from emergency admission to surgery (Cath lab), and the satisfaction of the patient. Results: The time from emergency treatment to the operation room (catheter room) in the study group was significantly shortened, and patient satisfaction was significantly improved compared with that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). Traffic Congestion is becoming a huge issue in the cities of both developing and developed countries. One prominent solution is to solve this issue in terms of smart cities. In smart cities, all end points including people, houses, buildings, and vehicles are connected to each other through some networking technology. The most considered technologies include Internet of Things (IOT) and adhoc networks. The smart city project can also be applied through the combination of IOT and adhoc network. The literature studies show that a very rare work is done on the combination of traffic congestion, IOT and adhoc networks in terms of smart cities. This paper presents an overview of this technology which will help the readers to consider these technologies related to the smart city-based traffic management.

IoT is a distributed physical network could support in various services, such as communications integration, control and information-processing via numerous transportation systems. It is an application extends to all aspects of transportation systems such as the vehicle, the infrastructure, and the driver or user. In this paper, we approach integration of Intelligent Traffic Management Systems and IoT from semantic service viewpoint. We create the architecture system of web services based on OWLS in IoT environment and describe the composition web service based on IoT. We have extended this web services to real-time extensions that can describe the application related to real-time management of the vehicle traffics. To validate our system, we proposed case study for Ambulance Vehicle. This case of study shows the use of the timing and extended real-time features for web service description and the related process ontology generated for OWLS technology.
