Abstract:Background and Aims: Patient satisfaction is acknowledged as the corner stone of quality management and it is the paramount of any quality management program in health care system. This study is aimed to conduct an up-to-date systematic review on different validated tools that provide quantification of patient satisfaction in out-patient physical therapy services.
