An integrative computational framework for personalized detection of tumor epitopes in melanoma immunotherapy

Abstract: In aggressive solid tumors like melanoma, a strategy for therapy personalization can be achieved by combining high-throughput data on the patient's specific tumor mutation and expression profiles.
