Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are still the ones that least access funds made available by public funding for innovation. The literature review identified the capacity to commercialize technology in all stages of new products development in Information Technology (IT) companies, including fundraising. This research, therefore, aims at verifying the practice of this capability in obtaining reimbursable public financing. Due to this, a qualitative study was conducted with SMEs in the IT sector who were granted reimbursable lines of public funding focused on innovation by a development bank. The results suggest that the capabilities in commercializing new technology are supported by the understanding of the criteria of funding notices, by the company's capability to present its product's innovative potential and social-economic impact to the bank and in the capability of displaying the solidity of their business. Such capabilities are highly associated with the proposal's credit approval.

Produkty informatyczne mogą być rozpatrywane jako fizyczne, rzeczywiste obiekty w postaci sprzętu elektronicznego lub jako oprogramowanie w formie aplikacji bądź systemów informatycznych, które zapisuje się na cyfrowych nośnikach danych w środowisku wirtualnym. Ze względu na ogromną dostępność rozmaitych aplikacji i programów informatycznych na rynku pojawia się problem w zdefiniowaniu poziomu innowacyjności produktów IT. W niniejszym artykule wskazano czym cechuje się obecnie dostępne, innowacyjne oprogramowanie i jakie podstawowe atrybuty powinien posiadać innowacyjny produkt informatyczny. Studium literatury w tym zakresie uzupełniono badaniami jakościowymi.

The ecosystem-based coastal zone management (EBCZM) is an innovative integrated management concept that can meet the above practical needs. First of all need to start from the practice of China's coastal zone management, illustrates the management (EBM) based on ecosystem level the concept, connotation, development, principles, etc., and puts forward based on extended ecosystem level of Marine management (EBMM) and based on the ecological system of coastal zone management (EBCZM) concept, and from the jiaozhou bay coastal zone ecosystem, the root cause of ecological risk, and the main indicators of closely related to human activities, preliminary established the "based on index system of coastal zone management level of jiaozhou bay ecosystem".
