An Integrated mHealth Solution for Enhancing Patients’ Health Online

Abstract: Abstract-Lack of time or economic difficulties prevent chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients from communicating with their physicians, thus inducing exacerbation of their chronic condition and possible hospitalization. In this paper we propose a platform that integrates mobile application technologies and cloud computing to provide regular monitoring of patients and avoidance of medical emergencies.
