An integrated genomic approach to dissect the genetic landscape regulating the cell-to-cell transfer of a-synuclein

Abstract: Neuropathological and experimental evidence suggests that the cell-to-cell transfer of a-synuclein has an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD).
