Achieving sustainability in constant development in every area in today’s modern business has become a challenge on the one hand, and an imperative on the other. If the aspect of business excellence achievement is also added to it, the complexity of the system increases significantly, and it is necessary to model a system considering several parameters and satisfying the multi-criteria function. This paper develops a novel integrated model that involves the application of a subjective-objective model in order to achieve business sustainability and excellence. The model consists of fuzzy PIPRECIA (fuzzy pivot pairwise relative criteria importance Assessment) as a subjective method, CRITIC (criteria importance through intercriteria correlation) and I-distance method as objective methods. The goal is to take the advantages of these approaches and allow for more accurate and balanced (symmetric) decision-making through their integration. The integrated subjective-objective model has been applied in a narrow geographical area to consider and evaluate banks as a significant factor in improving the social aspect of sustainability. An additional contribution of the paper is a critical overview of multi-criteria problems in which the levels of the hierarchical structure contain a different (asymmetric) number of elements. A specific example has also been used to prove that only a hierarchical structure with an equal number of lower-level elements provides precise weights of criteria in accordance with the preferences of decision-makers referring to subjective models. The results obtained are verified throughout the calculation of Spearman and Pearson correlation coefficients, and throughout a sensitivity analysis involving a dynamic reverse rank matrix.

Financial difficulties make it difficult for families with disabilities to live a standard life. In this study, a model is developed to estimate the required financial support for the families with disabilities that ensures them to have lives like the families with non-disabilities by considering main consumption groups. Hence, the aim of the study is to determine the financial support for families with disabilities that need to have the same life standards as other families by taking into consideration main consumption groups. In the analyses, the Household Budget Survey (HBS) data prepared by Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) are utilized. Furthermore, 101,504 households are included in the analysis. During the development of the model, the AHP method is used. Besides, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to demonstrate the stability of the proposed model. Moreover, the suggested model considers families having different individuals as well. Öz Maddi güçlükler, engelli bireye sahip ailelerin standart bir yaşam sürmelerini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, temel tüketim grupları göz önünde bulundurularak engelli bireye sahip ailelerin, engelli bireye sahip olmayan aileler gibi hayatlarını sürdürebilmeleri için gerekli finansal desteği tahmin etmek üzere bir model geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, ana tüketim gruplarını göz önünde bulundurarak engelli bireye sahip ailelerin diğer ailelerle aynı yaşam standartlarına sahip olmaları için gereken finansal desteğin belirlenmesidir. Analizlerde, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumu (TÜİK) tarafından hazırlanan Hanehalkı Bütçe Anketi (HBA) verileri kullanılmıştır. Analizlere 101.504 hane dahil edilmiştir. Modelin geliştirilmesi sırasında AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca önerilen modelin kararlılığını göstermek için bir duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır. Önerilen model, farklı sayıda bireye sahip aileleri de dikkate almaktadır.

In the era of intelligence and informatization, digital supply chain finance (DSCF) has become one of the important trends in the development of supply chain finance. With the gradual increase of DSCF suppliers and various requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises for suppliers in providing financing services, selecting the most suitable DSCF supplier is of great significance for most small and medium-sized enterprises to expand reproduction and improve competitiveness. To address such a decision-making problem, this paper proposes a new multi-expert multiple criteria decision-making model by integrating the Best Worst Method (BWM) and Additive Ratio ASsessment (ARAS) method under the hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment, in which the hesitant fuzzy linguistic BWM method is applied to determine the weights of criteria while the hesitant fuzzy linguistic ARAS method is proposed to rank the candidate suppliers. A case study is given to demonstrate the procedure of the proposed method for the selection of optimal DSCF suppliers, which shows the feasibility of the proposed method. Finally, sensitivity analysis and comparative analyses are provided to testify the applicability and superiority of the proposed method.
