An Integrated Fuzzy Ahp and Aras Model to Evaluate Mobile Banking Services

Abstract: Abstract.Mobile banking (M-banking) which integrates software, hardware, and human is a new platform for banks. Determining the performance of M-banking services helps bank practitioners identify better policy to improve their positions. The aim of this study is to develop an integrated model for evaluating M-banking services by two methods, namely the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) with an extent analysis approach and ARAS (Additive Ratio ASsessment). In this study, the priority weights obtained thro… Show more

“…Dinçer and Yüksel in their study [24] are evaluated BSC criteria with the integrated hybrid multicriteria decision-making approach by using fuzzy AHP, fuzzy ANP, and fuzzy VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods. Ecer [25] in his paper combines the fuzzy AHP with the ARAS for development a new integrated fuzzy MCDM model in order to evaluate M-banking services.…”

“…For example, AHP provides a measure of consistency in decision makers' judgments or preferences. AHP also allows decision makers to start from pairwise comparisons that are simple enough to work with and often are preferred by the decision makers (Küçük and Ecer, 2008;Gao and Hailu, 2013;Ecer, 2018a;Ecer, 2018b). The basic steps of this method are as follows (Yu et al, 2011;Barker and Zabinsky, 2011;Ecer, 2014).…”

“…For group decision making problems, Stanujkic, Zavadskas, Karabasevic, Turskis, and Keršulienė (2017) proposed an ARCAS (Additive Ratio Compromise ASsessment) approach, which takes the advantages of both the ARAS and SWARA (step-wise weight assessment ratio analysis) (Keršulienė, Zavadskas, & Turskis, 2010). The ARAS method has been applied to solve practical problems in various fields, such as the selection of the most suitable and safe foundation instalment alternative in aquifer soil (Turskis, Zavadskas, & Vilutiene, 2010), the selection of personnel (Karabasevic, Zavadskas, Turskis, & Stanujkic, 2016), ranking energy development scenarios (Baležentis & Streimikiene, 2017), evaluating mobile banking services (Ecer, 2018), measuring performance in transportation companies (Radović et al, 2018), and evaluating oil and gas well drilling projects (Dahooie, Zavadskas, Abolhasani, Vanaki, & Turskis, 2018).…”
