An integrated computational and experimental study to investigate Staphylococcus aureus metabolism

Abstract: Staphylococcus aureus is a metabolically versatile pathogen that colonizes nearly all organs of the human body. A detailed and comprehensive knowledge of staphylococcal metabolism is essential to understand its pathogenesis.
