The imposition of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the majority of enterprises throughout the globe. The public transportation sector was greatly affected, especially in provincial areas in the Philippines. This study aimed to investigate the service quality of bus transits in Occidental Mindoro during the COVID-19 pandemic using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SERVQUAL dimensions. A total of 200 individuals completed a 67-question online questionnaire. AHP was utilized to determine which bus providers need to be improved the most. Then, the SERVQUAL approach was used. The five dimensions were linked with the use of new technologies, including the COVID-19 protocol, service quality, and customer satisfaction as latent variables in structural equation modeling. The AHP results indicated that safety accounts for the most significant weight for bus passengers. Moreover, service quality, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and COVID-19 protocol significantly enhance service and customer satisfaction. The findings of this research study can now serve as a service quality assessment and guidelines to provide a sustainable public bus transportation; it can also help determine the significant and insignificant factors in enhancing the service quality and improving the customer satisfaction of bus providers worldwide.

The carbon account is a digital path for an enterprise to achieve low-carbon transformation and high-quality sustainable development under the ‘dual carbon’ strategy. The carbon account has a good social effect while generating economic benefits. An evaluation index system of the social effects of enterprise carbon accounts has been established, including the concepts of energy conservation and carbon reduction, contributions, technological innovation, and customer trust. In view of the difficulty of quantifying the evaluation indicators of the social effects of enterprise carbon accounts and the requirement of effect equalization, a variable-weight CFPR fuzzy VIKOR evaluation model was constructed. Compared with the traditional fuzzy VIKOR model, the variable-weight CFPR fuzzy VIKOR model can solve the problem of quantifying indicators and realize the balance between indicators. This method can better compare and analyze the social effects of each enterprise’s carbon accounts and provides a basis for overall carbon account construction and digging improvement space.

Blockchain networks continue to gain attraction in cutting‐edge applications and mining within these networks has become increasingly popular. To get rewards, miners solve cryptographic puzzles and add new blocks to blockchain networks using the proof‐of‐work (PoW) consensus mechanism. Numerous miners opt to participate in mining pools due to the challenges of solo mining. However, selecting reputed miners for pool mining poses a significant challenge, given the decentralized nature of the blockchain system. This paper addresses this challenge by introducing a new ranking model that evaluates miners' performance and reputation through trust scores. It provides a method for optimizing pool mining performance by identifying highly reputed miners within mining pools, enhancing overall pool profitability. This endeavor necessitates the development of ranking algorithms tailored to the unique dynamics of mining pools. The research offers a meticulously designed ranking model that identifies reputed miners. We extensively evaluate the proposed model using the hyperledger blockchain framework, guaranteeing strong performance across vital metrics like block authorization time, Processing time, block creation time, validation time, and confirmation time.
