An insight on antibody-mediated immune-metabolism in inflammation and homeostasis: the role of Fc gamma receptors in regulation of indolemaine 2,3 dioxygenase activity in dendritic cells (IRM9P.460)

Abstract: Indoleamine2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO) is a key immune-modulatory enzyme in Tryptophan catabolism that is highly expressed by Dendritic cells (DCs). Notably, DCs are the main mediators of Fc-dependent anti-inflammatory effects of Intravenous Immunoglobulins (IVIgs) as well as Immune Complexes (ICs)-induced inflammation.
