Abstract:In this study, nanosized zeolitic imidazolate framework‐8 (ZIF‐8) crystal has been produced on the universitetet i oslo‐66 (UiO‐66) metal–organic framework (MOF) to make core–shell structure using a layer‐by‐layer deposition method. In comparison to the pristine UiO‐66 and ZIF‐8, the core–shell MOF exhibits superior performance in terms of specific capacitance.
