Green road freight transportation is at maturity stage in European countries. Many researches have been made. However, South East Asian countries had lack of study that pave way for the knowledge and application of green practices that is very shallow. However, green practices are nowadays being heard in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. Many initiatives are being taken in slow pace. This study is aimed to identify the barriers to implement green road freight transportation in Malaysia. The primary data is obtained through structured interview with professionals in the logistics industry particularly third-party logistics service providers. The primary data is collected through interviews which were held at the respondent’s office based on their convenience. There were five respondents selected for this study. The interviewees are approached used snowballing technique. A qualitative case study approach was undertaken, and the results yielded that vehicle routing, cost and technology and awareness level are the most significant inhibitors compared to policies and legislations in Malaysia.

The focal of this qualitative study is to identify the benefits of eco-friendly packaging in sustainable supply chain management among FMCG industry regarding the relationship between benefits (cost reduction, brand image, legal compliance, and environmental friendly) that direct relate to sustainable supply chain management. In this study, interview was conducted and data has been collected through face-to-face interview and e-mail among the respondent who have working experience and knowledge in particular FMCG industry. Four hypotheses were set to study those four variables whether has a significant relationship with the benefits of eco-friendly packaging and sustainable supply chain management in FMCG industry. The collected data was analyzed through exploratory analysis to find out whether it can identify or determine the main variables related to the implementation of eco-friendly packaging on sustainable supply chain management towards FMCG industry in this study. The finding shows there is a direct relationship in which the benefit of eco-friendly packaging brings the company in developing more sustainable supply chain management.

Online retailing sector is a huge potential market with boundless prospect, so now, reducing service failures and increasing customers’ repurchase intention has become the first mission for every online retailer in order to increase their competitive advantages and market shares and to become the industry leader. The goals of this study is to identify the types of service failures that the online shoppers experiencing and which service failure is most critical toward repurchase intention of online shoppers. SPSS statistics analysis method has been used to analyze the data collected from the respondents. According to the result, it confirms that there are five types of service failures have significant relationship to the repurchase intention of online shippers. This study may likely to be a reference for related online retailer to examine their operation performance and customer loyalty in order to provide better services and boost up business in online retailing industry.
