An Innovative Failure Criterion for Metal Cylindrical Shells under Explosive Loads

Abstract: Metal cylindrical shells are widely used to store and transport highly hazardous chemicals. The impact resistance of metal cylindrical shells under an explosive load is a concern for researchers.
