These reported benefits include increased levels and frequency of communication between faculty and students, as well as between students (Hogg, 2014;Rasiah, 2014); a continuance of classroom discussion and learning beyond the four walls of the classroom (Dogoriti & Pange, 2014;Jaffar, 2014;Saykili & Kumtepe, 2014); and an approximation of real world situations (i.e., a virtual newsroom, a marketing-communications client) for the purposes of teaching and learning (Aayeshah & Bebawi, 2014;Adi, 2013).
