Abstract:Summary
This paper aims at minimizing capacitor‐voltage fluctuations inherent in a modular multilevel cascade inverter based on double‐star chopper cell (DSCC) or a modular multilevel DSCC inverter. The inverter can drive an induction motor loaded with a quadratic‐torque load.
