An In Situ Repositioning Bone Flap in Retrosigmoid Craniotomy for Cranial Reconstruction

Abstract: The present report provides acceptable results both clinically and radiologically. More comparative studies are required to evaluate possible advantages of this technique over osteoclastic craniectomy.
