Abstract:Inertial impact switch is a widely used inertial force recognition element in electromechanical trigger fuze of missiles, rockets and artillery shells. In this paper, the impact responses of inertial switch are investigated with abundant acceleration loads through the dynamics analysis. Based on the Machete hammer experiment, the accuracy of the dynamics model is verified with a very small error.
