Abstract:Some particular shaped datasets, such manifold datasets, have restrictions on Density Peak Clustering (DPC) performance. The main reason of variations in sample densities between clusters of data with uneven densities is not taken into consideration by the DPC algorithm, which could result in the wrong clustering center selection. Additionally, the use of single assignment method is leads to the effect of assignment errors. To address these problems, this paper creates a new, improved density peaks clustering … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
